Book Review: Things Have Gotten Worse Since We Last Spoke (2021) - Eric LaRocca

I said on twitter and I'll say it here, I think Eric LaRocca is a welcome, talented addition to the horror indie scene and I can't wait to see what is next.  So "Things Have Gotten Worse Since We Last Spoke" is a pretty evocative title to me. It brings together many images in my head and I'll say that the actual novella slightly lives up to these images. The guy just finds ways to win. I said that before the second fight and I'll say it again now. That doesn't mean I don't think Conor McGregor can't beat him, I think as short as the second fight was, there was a lot to like if you're a Conor fan. Yes, Poirier took him down, but there was next to no damage inflicted, Conor got back up...
